Somehow the connection to the notebook seems to be still open and another one is not allowed. Even the notebook no longer when I restarted it.

There is/was an issue with Tasmota esp32 firmware for quite some time and lots of discussion around it. There have been a number of reports of WiFi issues with FritzBox routers (especially for mesh setups).
